It's kind of funny, usually I would be inclined to say that the road team is in good shape if they can manage a split in the first two. In this series, I think the Rangers are in good shape with a split in the first two at home since they'll have a pretty good shot at both games 3 and 4 in the Bronx with Lee and Burnett going.

Voted for the Yankees, but I'm rooting for the Rangers.

A Rangers/Phillies WS would be interesting, but a Yanks/Phillies contest could be really compelling. It goes without saying I'd be rooting for the Phils in that case.

It's common for innings like this to just destroy a team for the rest of a series. If the Rangers don't come back to at least tie this game I predict they will not even win a game the rest of the ALDS.

I know we all hate them but man I seriously hate the Yankees. Drives me insane that if they win the pennant this year they'll have as much pennants in my lifetime as the O's have winning seasons in that same time. And my friends who are Yankees fans wonder why I hate them? Maybe because they make a stupid signing like Carl Pavano or Kei Igawa and nothing bad happens. Where as if we or any other team had made signings like that we'd be screwed i.e. Belle.
