I think Britton, Machado, Avery, Hoes, Givens and Klein are left on your list. And not necessarily in that order. For me here, it comes down to Givens and Klein. I'll go with Klein here as he is somewhat unproven for a college guy due to his lack of innings/experience as a starter. Not that Givens has really proven much either, but I see him a spot higher.

I went with Klein because Tony has seen more of Givens and has had good reports on him.

This is also why I don't Hoes goes right here. Tony has had some glowing reports on Hoes. So glowing to the point where I wouldn't be surprised to see him as high as #3 and no lower than #4. Givens has flashed some great potential, but has been hurt too much to give us a solid pro track record to go off of. Hoes deserves to be higher than Givens......

Just my personal opinion, but I think this is an understatement.

For this reason, I feel like Klein should also be ahead of Givens.

haha I agree....

Not me, Givens has a higher ceiling. But Klein needs to prove he can be a SP before I go ranking him ahead of Givens on my own list....I guess I could see how he could be ranked higher though...

Is that because you have a very high opinion of Hoes, or because you are not that high on Givens?

I have a very high opinion of Hoes. I also have questions about Givens as a useful infielder. I realize that might seem unfair, as Hoes has had his defense questioned at 2B. But I didn't like Givens's actions in HS and I spoke with a Southeast evaluator two weekends ago that told me he saw Givens this year and still believes he ultimately ends-up on the mound -- footwork just isn't there and isn't getting any better.

I'm probably being to harsh towards Givens, but I haven't changed my mind between last spring and now that I prefer Hoes's skillset over Givens's on the positional side, and by a fair amount.

Thanks. I think Hoes deserves to be higher, as well. But Givens kind of intrigues me because he seems to have some power. His playing time has been so limited that I don't feel we have much of a read on him. Next year should tell the tale.
