Jim Rome absolutely obliterated Jeter winning the gold glove on his "Rome is Burning" show yesterday afternoon. I was watching at the gym so don't have links or anything, but to summarize, he said "How did the WORST fielding shortstop in the league win the award for being the BEST fielding shortstop in the league? It couldn't have been his offense, as he turned in the worst numbers of his career!"

I am not typically a Rome fan, but he is spot on here.
