According to the Kansas City Star the Rangers plan to make a go at Greinke regardless of whether they resign Lee.

The TV deal they recently signed has provided them with the cash they need to become perrenial contenders and you know the way Nolan Ryan loves pitching.

Lee, Greinke, Wilson, and Lewis would be a really nasty rotation. It's put a lot of heat on LAA to sign Beltre and Crawford to keep up.
