J.C. Bradbury gives a very nice Q+A session over on the Freakonomics blog.

Not exactly groundbreaking stuff, for the most part, but I thought he expressed some important ideas very eloquently. I haven't made it through both of his books yet, but they have proven to be good reads thus far.

I won't quote because the content is free to all and the whole interview is worth reading. Topics of interest include the following: Scott Boras, trading established players for prospects, salary caps, competitive balance, and the value of managers.
