Two random observations, having only seen him - but not pitching.
He's got the build of a horse that you look for in a pitcher.
He's a really nice guy. One of the types that goes out of his way for fans/kids.
Thanks McLovin.

DD was talking up the guy, sounds like he might be something.
Then again, DD does like to talk up alot of players.
His numbers make him appear to be a prospect but, for reasons I don't know, some folks don't think he is one. We will see.

I didn't want him in there for the last inning against three lefties, but man, he was great against them. Hopefully that can build confidence.

I really like this young man, his stuff and demeanor.

Happy birthday, Alonza.
68, now.
Wow Happy Birthday to the Bee, one great guy.

Oh man I was filled with joy watching this go down. Gibbons whining about it to the ump was great, too. God they are just the worst.
It figures Bautista's a dirty player. TOR is a dirty ballclub.

The Orioles pitching has given up the fewest runs in the American League.
...just sayin
It's never too early. You have play and pitch well from Day 1 to be division winners.

Let's get back to playing well on the road. We were really lousy in 2015, but from 2012-2014 we were excellent. If we play .500 plus ball on the road, we'll be in it all season. Let's do it.
-
He's never really faired well against the Tigers.
That said, we will miss him.
True, he'll have a good season in NL.

Another shockingly bad trade by Duquette.

Good summary. It's not just Norris either. Tillman has been inconsistent. Gausman did not advance to the next level. Gonzo got hurt. All that adds up to maybe one #3 starter (Chen) and a bunch of backend guys. Too many holes on offense (JJ, RF, LF) to make up for the lack of pitching.
Tillman has been unacceptably bad imo. And you're right about KG.
-
If anything, that 1-9 mark actually understates how bad that one stretch was, since it was part of a 1-12 skein. Truth is, though, we only had one stretch of really good baseball all year, our 18-5 stretch in June. Take away that good stretch (+13) and the one really bad stretch (-11) and you've just got a lot of mediocre baseball. The starting pitching killed us IMO, and we simply couldn't win whenver the offense hit a cold spell.
You nailed it Frobby.

@danconnollysun: Some in Os org bummed about dealing away @ZDavies3 Had to be done to get upgrade like Parra. But club loved Davies' quiet confidence/mindset

Another brilliant move by Duquette.

I'm not getting any younger I want to see the O's in the playoffs. Snider et. al. isn't going to do it for me. Parra might. Who is Davies? The next CY? I doubt he's the next Ed Rod. We need someone who can get on base in front of Manny.
Are they going to extend him or just leave more gaping holes in the OF after this season?
-
Lord did we need this series, and we need the one in NY.
-
It all starts with today.
Wei Yin and Norris stepped up. Miguelito's done a good job all year. We need U keep us in it vs. CWS and Tillman to get his act together too, he's facing Sale.

Best wishes to Nicky.

We're in 1st place, let's stay there for 5 more months.

58 years young, Happy Birthday Eddie.

Great team win with many contributions, the Orioles don't give up and they don't give in.

Nonsense. A man gets bigger from 19 years old to 24 years old. In addition to his workout routine. He's innocent until proven otherwise.
