  1. I'm probably the only one, but I'd probably put Wilfredo Perez at 10 - even though he's way too old for Delmarva, is rail thin, and never goes over 4 innings.

    Perez should definitely be getting noticed and might make the top 20. He was injured to start the season and missed the end of last season due to injury. This leads me to believe that he may have had surgery. Can anyone confirm this? Thus, the reason he is only pitching 4 innings at a time may be to not risk reoccuring the same injury.

    Perez started the year at 22 and turned 23 during the season If he starts next year in Fredrick at 23, and can move to Bowie mid-season, he could get himself on track age-wise.

    IMO, Olson will reach the innings limit if he stays in the rotation the rest of the season. Hoey won't reach the innings or service limit, thus will still be eligible.
