I bugged them about not having a public speed gun, and they have really gone all out to give us a good one. They put a staffer in the area behind home plate to hold the gun just like a charting pitcher would - this must cost them plenty. As regards the noise of the PA system, I'll pass your concern along to the Shorebird's staff.</p></p></p>
