<p><p><p>My health plan covered all the immunizations so I got them. Regarding the malaria pills, it depends on when and where you are going. I was in southern southern India during dry season so there wasn't a risk of malaria, even when the mosquitoes came out, so most of us on the trip stopped taking our malaria pills. They are a waste of money. But if you are going during rainy season, then it might be wise.</p></p></p>

<p><p><p>Regarding money, I just carried around cash, well, rupees. $1 = 50 rupees approximately. Everything is so cheap compared to here that you dont ever need to carry more than $40 on you, i.e. 2000 rupees.</p></p></p>
