Rubenstein is a Duke graduate so not shocking Grant Hill would be involved. Grant is one of the real good guys.
Grant is from Northern VA (Reston). Might have grown up as an Orioles fan, as DC had no team back then.

I'd recommend you go back and read the thread about Teixeira, Mark.
Any rumors about Getz attending the Ravens game tomorrow? Not sure if we've had a chance to see Elias's wining and dining skills on display. Will he make that WOW offer?

“Lift off”
Ascending to 101 wins was "lifting off," was it not? I don't see the statement as being disingenuous. It never meant what some people thought it did.

I can't imagine that someone who's being billed as the top prospect of minor league baseball who plays a premium position getting reps at first base will go over well.
If it means he will be getting called up to the major league team to bolster it then I think it should go over very well with people. It doesn't mean he will be relegated to 1B indefinitely. Mateo isn't going anywhere before the end of the season obviously.

Korea also has a professional baseball league.
Soju is closer analog to Vodka than Sake is.
Except NPB was what was mentioned, not KPO, so I thought you got mixed up. Good to know that you're knowledgeable about your liquors.

Yea I think that’s accurate.
I think it’s safe to say that a writer from Correas home country, who is writing articles in Spanish, is likely to have some sort of ties/connection to Correa and/or people close to Him.
His home country is the US, by the way.

1 seems high. I see two potential all stars and then….
There's a difference between "projected" and "potential." There are a fair number of guys with All-Star potential, but only a select few come out of the minors with those kinds of projections already on them (like Rutschman).

I'm quoting them , and they don't have a 65 on the FV chart, maybe they use it occasionally for ranking purposes
There is a 65 FV column in the rankings chart that the OP linked to.

I think we need a bat signal for Matt Harvey, too.

Make it look like a Roomba, who's going to argue with a Roomba?
Nah, they would suck. Literally.

You want to take a job away from someone who needs the paycheck?
For shame!
Maybe they can switch roles? I'm willing to take a chance on the regular Oriole bird being better at the plate.

Mop up pitcher in blowouts is my preferred role for Davis if he's on the team. There is no reason to have Davis at bat ever again unless half the team gets food poisoning.
I want to see him suit up as the Oriole bird, personally.
