Regardless, he is right. Awful trade.

It's not really hard to be a "giant leap" ahead of those guys at all imo.

Parra is not likely to be worth more than a win more than Snider over the rest of the season and may be worth less. That isn't worth Davies, especially since we already have a good backup centerfielder in Lough.

I'm not sure who goes from the roster now. Snider? Reimold? Parmelee? Lough? They are all under team control beyond this season, and Parra isn't a giant leap ahead of any of them.

You don't think Parra is better than Snider/Parmelee/Lough? Hmm
