I know how he feels. Grayson Rodriguez, Kyle Gibson and Cole Irvin all share the last name of US serial killers. I can't in good conscience root for them or the organization for supporting serial killing by keeping them on the team. Also Dillon Tate... Andrew Tate? That's a no go too. I just can't be a fan of this team anymore.
Sorry just having some fun. :) There are a lot of Yamamotos in Japan and none of them had anything to do with Pearl Harbor. That was only Yamamoto Isoroku and he's been dead 80 years. Might be best to let that one go dude.

I am wondering if all this drama with John Angelos won't become a distraction for this team. I read through some of those threads (including regarding the Kevin Brown situation) and it's just amazing that there's not a single good man in the Angelos family. Just the rumor that he wants to move the team, whether it has a chance of happening or not, is a terrible thing.
Is it possible that this will become a distraction for this young team? If they hit a slump plus all this on top of it, it might be bad. It would have to be really, really bad for them to miss the playoffs, but it could be a perfect storm. I sure hope not though, it would be one hell of a collapse. -
I've not been able to watch as many games as I've wanted, but... "smoke and mirrors" or not, this certainly appears to be a playoff team. Maybe even one that can do things once they get there especially if they're too young to really feel the pressure of what they're doing.
Not used to seeing NYY/BOS at the bottom of the East. Kinda cool actually. lol

I know Red Sox fans get a lot of crap on here and I know there was that one Toronto fan that threw a beer can at Hyun Soo Kim, but I don't think I've ever seen anything this bad. This was last year I guess?
I hope this auto-embeds as I don't remember how to do that here. It's been awhile, but Jesus... Yankees fans sure do earn that "most classless fans in baseball" reputation. Amazing...

The Orioles seem to have been dealt an exceptionally favorable (easy) April schedule. Looks like it doesn't start getting tough until next month, but even that starts out against the Royals who also stink.

Have to use the whole bullpen or all the guys worth a damn will be exhausted before the break. Problem is we don't have enough quality guys out there, but they have to be used.

Kevin Brown has a great voice for telecasts. I initially thought it was the former pitcher Kevin Brown. -

It's sad that no matter what sport you look at, the retro jerseys are almost always far superior to the current ones. It's definitely true in the NHL with many teams.
