Herein lies the issue. How can you expect anyone to look good when you give the guy 1 AB in a week. If he goes 0-4 it's used as a reason to send him down (just like Stowers last year). "He's not ready"... He's overmatched at the big league level"...

I just got my tickets. There were some club box seats available but they are $$$. I want to say $250.

I see that there is a Billy Joel concert at M&T Bank on October 7th at 7:00pm. That day is also when Game 1 of the ALDS is. I'm guessing that this would mean the O's game would be early in the afternoon.
Is there precedent with an O's playoff game and a Ravens game? My guess is not.

Whoever decides which games are replayed during rain delays should be the one getting suspended. Awful

Toronto will miss the playoffs. I think 3 AL West teams will get in (Houston, Texas, Seattle). Tampa Bay will be the other wild card.

Can someone explain the Anthony Benboom status? I see him in the dugout. I think there was a new rule for this.
But he’s had 11 AB’s total between AAA and the big leagues.

We can't afford the luxury of "letting him overcome it" when we are in a pennant race. He was not hitting, plain and simple.
It doesn't mean he won't still be a good player down the road. But right now he does not belong on a big league roster

You can see why Hays doesn't play a lot of center. Seems like he struggles getting jumps off the bat out there.
