<p><p><p>I strongly believe that Manny flung the bat intentionally down the third base line as a warning to ABAD that if you ever try to hit me in the knees again, next time that bat is coming at you. I do think he got his point across. He could have charged the mound and swung on him, and that would have been just as wrong as far as potential suspension, and also just as dangerous. Yet, many posting about this and even Rick Dempsey has publicly stated that is exactly what they would have done.</p></p></p>
