Dude 98Rock in Bmore plays COC like 1x a year. They just play the same damn 2 dozen songs over and over. No variety. I just don't listen to the radio for anything but sports radio anymore.
-
I don't mind that. That's not what I'm saying. I'm complaining about people's poor "taste" in music. I put taste in quotes because most people don't even form their own opinions about music. They just listen to what the radio plays and don't stray from it.

When in was in high school, I loved listening to the Doors. In fact, I probably wouldn't have ever watched Apocalypse Now if it weren't for this song being in it.
-
I can't rep you right now Scott, but COC, nice.

FF to 2:13 and listen to the drummer upstage EVERYONE!
Warning, rant:
What ever happened to people being able to play their instruments and fans rewarding them by buying their album? Seems like nowadays, the only music people buy in droves is crap that a room full of monkeys on typewriters could've written. Stupid Pop music. People need to open their minds and form their own musical opinions. A bunch of lemmings man...[/end rant]

I think it's reasonable to say that the O's could go 30-25 to finish the season @ 90 wins. I don't think it will end up a 1 game difference for the division. 3-4 sounds good to me.

Vivaldi 4 Seasons. One of my favorites.

If anyone here has also been to Ireland, they can probably attest to this, Irish Folk music (mid-century) is VERY similar to non-modern Country music. Some of our country music is also very popular there.
-
Oceansize- Catalyst (one of my all time favorite bands, and my avatar) the drummer plays a symmetrical drum kit, which they show in the video multiple times.

Looks like it was shot with an old 8mm, or meant to look like it.

Midnight Juggernauts is 90% of what I'm listening to right now. Retro sounding, the keyboards (organs) sometimes remind me of Supertramp. Cool stop-motion video:

And another Midnight Juggernaut's video, Trippy music and video:

Adam Jones has a day.
A must watch BTW.
Classic. Someone really put some time into this.

I thought that 32 was me. But I'm about two rows back out of frame.
Yeah, had to stare at it for a while, but I high-fived whoever is in the backwards cap and orange orioles polo when McClouth won the game, I was right across the aisle from him.

Better pic ;-)
I can see my back, it's the Weiters shirt at the top center of the screen. My wife is wearing her Orange Brooks jersey to the left of me.

TONY - OH
Sorry you couldn't be there OFFNY, tonight was exactly what an OH game should be.
-
So once again, thanks to Greg Bader and Tony for making tonight happen.
1. The Machado play in the top of the 9th was ridiculous and a very mature play. He's going to be special.
2. The Hangout Section was right by the bottom of the 9th action. My wife and I got frustrated by the kids behind us (not part of OH) screaming in our ear about non-baseball related crap, so we moved up and to the next section over, right up against the RF wall. When McClouth hit the line drive down the line, I was able to lean over and see it tap the inside of the foul pole fair.
What an amazing 9th inning of Orioles Magic.
Thanks again for this night, my Wife just wanted an Orioles win on her birthday and man, did she get her wish.

What are we up to like 85 people?
This is going to be Legen... wait for it...

What? Really!? No, I didn't catch it. What did he say?
I wish I remembered. It was on Saturday (I think) I should have told you right away. Buck was in the Yankees organization in the late 70's wasn't he? He probably played against Drungo and may know him personally.
-
Represent well to those of you that are going! Wish I could be there as well! Hardest part about supporting the Orioles for me wasn't the losing seasons' date=' it was and still is that I can only afford to catch a couple games live and in person a year. Baltimore isn't THAT far from Norfolk, but it's far enough that it doesn't make it a great idea to drive up and back for a game in one day.
But regardless, would love to be there with you gents tonight and I'll certainly be there in spirit as I watch on MASN and see what should be a hopefully close to full stadium with one section of perfectly orange shirts and jerseys packed to the brim![/quote']
Were going tomorrow night not tonight. Section 8 is down 1st base line near the out of town scoreboard if I remember correctly.
-
If I had the ability to think ahead I would have ordered this shirt prior to last week.
Buck made a comment the other day about Drungo Hazewood on the Pregame. Did you catch that?
What are you listening to right now?

Haha, sorry to confuse, COC is a common shorthand for Corrosion of Conformity. Hell yeah, Tool. They occasionally play Tool, maybe once every other day. Speaking of which if you have never heard this version of 46 & 2, it is amazing.
