All this could of been avoided if Walt had just had the balls and killed Jessie a season ago.
When in doubt rub them out!
No half measures.

Do we really care what device you sent your email or post from?
I mean really!
Sent from my DELL-PC using Keyboard-2
I agree with this. It is really easy to go into the Tapatalk settings and remove the default signature. I'm always tempted to repeat this each time I see it, but I don't want to be that guy.

...and the Eagles suck.
The rest of the NFC East have been saying this for YEARS!

I swear JTrea has returned with a different name. Same unwillingness to listen or back down when obviously wrong.
I have thought the exact same thing. It is really the unnecessary and excessive thread starting that I find annoying.

It is a matter of the lesser of the Evils. I was talking to someone at work yesterday that was switching to Verizon since Brighthouse is so bad.
I hear you. Sometimes you have to pick one. I have Comcast internet myself. It is the better service where I live, but I use the word 'better" loosely.
-
LMAO! Hearing a lot of bad things about this Verizon monolith lately.....
For internet and TV, Verizon is AWFUL! I will say that I have had equally awful experiences with Comcast though...so, I avoid both whenever possible.

Dude, there's some really nasty pitchers out there in real leagues. It's crazy what they can do with a softball.
Sorry, but the idea of a "real softball league" does not compute.

Wife: "Are you going to watch baseball every night?"
Me: "Don't worry, I'll lose interest by mid-May."
Hahaha...I told my wife during the first game of the Yankees series that she is lucky because she only has to put up with me watching Orioles games for the first month or so, until the O's are out of it. Most wives have to put up with it for much longer.
She loves the Orioles, but is more interested in going to games rather than watching them on TV.

Damn, this thread sat dormant for almost two years.
Congratulations dish network, your Hopper commercial has caused me to boycott your company til the end of time. I honestly think I would rather me smacked hard in the head than hearing Massholes yell "The Hoppa!" 15 times. I can't hit the mute button fast enough.
I haaaaate that commercial. This brand of marketing--being obnoxious in order to be memorable--needs to die a horrible death.

Sometimes I post what my wife or I have made for dinner to give others ideas (and vice versa) for new recipes. I get a lot of positive feedback, so I continue to post similarly.
I figure those who aren't interested can keep on moving right passed my post...

Agreed. All of education is becoming a racket, but you guys should see the cost of the LSATs or, heaven forbid, the bar exam. I'm hoping I can afford to pay it off so the MSBA doesn't send Fredo to break my kneecap.

First jury duty notice since I became old enough to vote, and it arrives at the worst time possible in my life, right in the middle of semester midterms. Thanks, Montgomery County.
There's a section on the questionnaire about being a full-time student. I filled it out and am sending in my class schedule and tuition bill in compliance with the suggested documentation. This better get me out of it this time. I don't mind doing my civic duty and would actually like to be on a jury at some point to see what it's like, but next semester, please.
Wouldn't finals be even worse?

Oh yeah, physically. Her attitude doesn't do her any service but phyically speaking she is quite smokin!
Different strokes, I suppose.

I hate when they say a guy has an infinite ERA when they have 0 IP. It's incorrect. He doesn't have an ERA. Now...the limit of his ERA as IP approaches 0 is infinite, but his ERA is NOT infinite!!!!
Feel free to present an alternative number. I hear what you are saying, but it certainly seems nitpicky.

I am really getting agitated by a certain poster who continuously wants to trade trade trade. I know we are underachieving, and I know we stink, but GD man when you have good players and extend them to favorable deals, sit back and be happy for a moment. Every thread I see with this guy is trade trade trade. Hell, he was wanting the O's to trade FOR Hardy, and now that we have him he wants Hardy himself traded. I am convinced he would trade his mother for a decent single A prospect. It just gets old, and quite frankly I am getting sick of reading those posts.
I adopt this rant.
-
Is it bad that I am posting in here before the game?
-
I'm so sick of a certain poster cramming the same idea down everyone's throats every day. I am almost as sick of people feeding him by arguing with him when they know he won't listen to any sort of reason, or pretend to have an honest discussion. A certain poster ruins this board alot of times, IMO.
Absolutely ruins it. Although the Orioles don't help.

5 hours before the OP in this thread:

Quite a day for Mr. Gurgi.
Indeed. And he has a point. Come on Worf, get on the ball!

Somehow I think I had one of these reactions. LOL.
Lesson learned.
Just be sure to post more if you take these medications again.

NOTJen_Royle Royle Reality Check: If you sarcastically refer to me as a sports journalist your children should be taken away and you chemically castrated
Hilarious.
-
I have no personal animosity towards Royle, but I have to admit, this thread has made me happy.
-
While Jen Royle has brought virtually nothing to the sports conversation in Baltimore, she has been a lot of fun to joke about.

Snyder's attempt to defuse the "Redskins" name controversy
in Washington Commanders
Posted
Soooo, I gather that this conversation has evolved beyond the team name issue.
Don't get me wrong, it's interesting and educational, but definitely different.
Personally, I'd like the moderators to treat this thread like when Ray Rice knocked out his future wife: Close it until something new develops. Everything that can be said, has been said. Let's wrap it up.
