Like others, I'm kind of wondering if this is real, or if they made him step in Ubaldo's Pothole for roster management purposes without burning his last option. He'd have to miss a start or two, but maybe they don't mind right now with the returning starting pitchers. Plus he's only going to throw so many innings this year, may as well trim them early on than at the end I suppose.

He's our backup catcher and he did earlier, I'm good with him tonight.
