50 road wins. That’s pretty impressive!
i'm really happy they will get home playoff games, but the O's are definitely road warriors. should have won today, wasted a great start by Bradish but they got 4 more on the road in cleveland.

Melanie said on the postgame show that the O’s needed to go 6-6 to clinch the division. Uh, no, Melanie.
But, our odds are looking good.
i missed that,i like the odds too

the fact that so many are home grown and others were castoffs from other teams definitely makes them my favorite too

can the O's play .500 ball these last 12 games? if they do the rays will have to finish 9-2 to win the division. having the tie breaker is big.

if the O's are going to make a run, they need perez to step up like he tonight. when urias made the bad throw i was just waiting for the worst. amazing win

they got the next 2 to show us what they are made of,if they fail they will get another shot in the playoffs, man up boys

Same for my wife and I. We live in Orlando (Os fan since 1969), I've only been to one game at Camden Yards and it was rained out. That was 25 years ago. We'll be in town for the final game of the season against the Red Sox. Pretty psyched. Anybody got recommendations for an Italian restaurant in Little Italy after the game?
i agree it is amiccis ,my girlfriend works there, the foods is delicious,i highly recommend.

Unless his teammates knew about this beforehand, I don’t see how it could be a distraction. He was removed from the roster immediately when the story broke. Also, saying they’re better without him is foolish.
they are 12-4 since his suspension,he also was sat down my the manager for a few games earlier this season because of his attitude. its just my opinion,i think his teammates knew the kind of girls he liked

Wasn't it more a situation of us choosing Mancini over walker?
you are probably right, those years are hard to keep track of in my brain

They just got swept and pretty much outclassed by the Dodgers.
Gallen at home: 1.75 ERA, 0.926 WHIP, .558 OPS against
Gallan on the road: 4.81 ERA, 1.261 WHIP, .787 OPS againstFormer Orioles (or Oriole minor leaguers) on their roster: Christian Walker, Jace Peterson, Zach Davies, Miguel Castro
christain walker has turned into a very good pro , can not change history but the O's chose davis over walker

i commented on the rays when it happened,i think they are a better team without franco.he had to be a big distracttion.

He is the ideal #5 starter of a World Series caliber team
i think he is better then that,i think he is a solid third starter on any team, maybe will see this season if the O's get there

In my opinion ,things in the American League East and West are going to get crazy. With 6 teams fighting for 5 spots ,just look at the schedules of each team ,any one of the 6 could be on the outside looking in including our O's. but again just my opinion,i think it will be either houston or texas who doesn't make it. i think seattle will win the west, tampa will win the east ,with the orioles and jays being only 1 or 2 games back. the Jays schedule looks pretty soft the rest of the way,the O's need to win a game or 2 this series.
-
they lost the game because they were 2-14 with runners in scoring position.the pitching gave up 3 runs through 9,cant ask for much more.

17 hits in 4 games,amazing

the problem is the starters dont pitch enough innings so hyde has to use the bullpen but i think irvin could have pitched the 6th tonight

If the Yankees lose on Sunday it’ll be eight losses in a row, capped off by getting swept at home by Boston. Monday’s an off day for NY, and under those circumstances I can’t see Boone surviving the day.
boston is 7-1 vs new york this season, too bad the o's caught new york when they still had some pride
