  1. Yep, that is a Santander special. McKenna seems to not be the best of defensive subs.
  2. Yeah the three we sent up can all hit a fastball and none of them did.
  3. Wasn’t terribly impressed by McKenna’s effort in the ninth either, though maybe was deceptive.
  4. Apparently, he never noticed that Cedric Mullins has a noodle arm.
  5. Gunnar’s release might be slightly quicker.
  6. While we are at it can we tell Gunnar his first at/bat is his second.
  7. Maybe they should lie to him and tell him it’s the 2nd.
  8. Jackson has the leg up much longer. If you watch just the first hit of the video above, his foot is down in plenty of time.
  9. There was a whole MLB Pipeline podcast about it. Fangraphs had an article about it. I think they might’ve talked about Rates & Barrels too.
  10. Yeah one of the greatest teams ever should be able to survive losing one guy no matter how good.
  11. So much for the Tide being one of the greatest teams ever.
  12. I think your are underplaying Kramer’s ability to hold his velocity and his velocity in general. However, Povich is left handed and there are lots of very successful lefties that don’t have the avg velocity of Kremer. I definitely am excited by Povich.
  13. Kremer can hit 97 when he wants it.
  14. I know Gunnar has killed it lately against lefties, but him hitting lefties still has to remain a bit of a concern. That said, he might be my favorite Oriole to watch ever given his combo of talent and grit. And I have been watching since the 70s.
