    Don't make unnecessary comments about how much you love your significant other on Facebook. I honestly couldn't care less...and frankly, I now think less of you as a man. Tell her, not me...

    I wouldn't want a girl because, eventually, some teenage punk is going to try to touch her. And then I'll have to kill him and ground her for like 10 years. :D

    Otherwise, whats the difference?

    Yea, I'm always getting, "Oh, you're in trouble in a few years"..My little girl is a cutie, though I'm a tad biased. See my profile pic, and you'll see thankfully she looks nothing like me. ;)

    I have one of each (8 year old girl, 5 year old boy), and for Christmas, she's the one that wanted the Markakis poster(they share a birthday), the Orioles wallet, and the Zenyatta calendar..

    I got Drew an Adam Jones bobblehead, and he didn't care at all.

    I don't really know what this has to do with the current topic, I guess just that the stereotypes rarely mean anything..

    Not to nitpick, but an apostrophe might apply when using the word 'Ravens'.

    "The Ravens' defense will have their hands full this Sunday." Right?

    That would be applicable, yes. But "Beaner can't wait to see the Raven's beat the Steeler's" is unacceptable.

    I am so proud of my little man right now...He's 5 and has always been really shy..His Kindergarten teacher emailed my wife and said how well he's been adapting and seems to be having a great time in school.

    In fairness, Jon Heyman did vote for Francisco Rodriguez as AL MVP in 2008.

    As for my rant: I really, really, really miss Fire Joe Morgan.

    Fair enough. There's a certain poster on here that really fired me up reading the Gammons thread earlier, and I probably overreacted a tad. But, hey, it's a rant.

    Gary Thorne has given us the "excited voice" every time the Orioles have gotten a clutch hit this weekend. So if you're one of the 500 people who think he's "rooting" for the Red Sox while he does our games, do me a favor and...STOP!

    I do not know Nestor, and have no idea what kind of a person he is, however, his "glee" seconds after each Oriole loss on his Facebook absolutely drives me bananas.

    Lost is yet another thing that I just "don't get."

    Its nights like this, as everyone rushes out of the office at quarter to 8, that I am reminded I was born an 83 year old man.

    Agreed, nothing against the show or people that watch, I'm sure it's wonderful, but my goodness, the way people are talking about it....
