They typically don't allow pitchers to throw 3 games in a row with blisters. See: Fried, Max. Those are usually 15-day DL stints. I'd like confirmation from Dean or Hyde before I run with the theory.

He was doing the same thing against LAA. I feel like if he had a blister they wouldn't let him pitch through it. Not a single person has asked him or Hyde about it in post-game reports or interviews.
