One observation from last night's sell out game: the Park is not ready for the playoffs. The new food vendor, Brick and Whistle, is ill prepared for those crowds. My son waited in line for three innings for food. Two other friends waited that long as well. It was sheer chaos on Eutaw St. and in the parking lots as well. If they don't get their stuff together, there will be many, many unhappy fans.

If I recall correctly, the team's stance is that a player is in the HOF and won a World Series with Baltimore. His hat is blank on his HOF plaque (a decision made by the HOF) so that has nothing to do with it. This makes me #4

There were good things said, I agree. The wall is not new, ballparks do evolve. The piece with the "kids" was a good one. I'm just so over all the talk about the wall....move on.

GAME RECAP Rather than highlight what the Orioles have done under Mike Elias, the ESPN crew obsessed over the reconfigured left field wall and harped on the fact the Mike Mussina's #35 has not been retired. But it was nice to see Buster Olney having to return to Baltimore.

Geez, we go through this every year. There are always complaints about the attendance or lack there of. People moan the night after Opening Day, April attendance, September attendance, mid-week, mid-summer attendance. Are those complaining in attendance? If you are home watching the game on TV in the comfort of your home, you CANNOT complain about the lack of attendance and empty seats. Get over yourself.
