  1. Won't ever have a bad thing to say about Buck. In my 32 years of living, his teams showed me inspired baseball. I didn't watch baseball in a meaningful way back in '96-'97 as a child, so all I have is the Buck years. I always found him interesting on TV even when he was with ESPN. I find it cool that he's back with the Yanks. Wish him nothing but the best.

A little bit of Hess died when Hyde ruined his no hit bid.

I legit feel this way. And the fact that the he has went downhill like this further makes me angry when Hyde pulled him. This team from jump had absolutely nothing to play for and that moment could've been our season highlight.

  3. Always tough to see a person so young go. Super sad to hear. Condolences to his family, friends, teammates and fans. May he dwell in the house of the Lord. :(

I want to visit that steakhouse in Texas and that 72 oz steak.

If I was 30 years younger, I would love to have given it a shot. :)

What is this god-like place you speak of? I am ready to take a trip!

Based on my freshman HS Spanish class, I think it's NAH.

That's actually funny. I originally had it as "NAH" in my post, but didn't know if it sounded the same as if it were read so I put "NAR". But yeah, I thought that's how you said it. "NAH".

Gary Thorne just wild with it. Still my mans though!

Gary Thorne never learned how to say Sarfate, or Encarnacion.   And those are more obvious than Santander.

    About Encarnacion

    Is it    N-CAR-NAY-CION or N-CAR-NAR-CION?

At the quick game today.Red Sox played sloppy. Many wild pitches and infield defense was bad.Two double plays were not turned due to bad throws. They won but sort of looked like they didn't care.

They absolutely didn't care. Orioles are now one of those "Bad teams find ways to lose" deals. So the Sox were already looking passed them as they knew they would win. It's depressing!

Ortiz is going to throw the most improbable perfect game in MLB history tonight.

He'll be taken out in the 6th inning of the perfect game to protect his arm.

We all know what went wrong.

The fricking blue jays wanted DD, and Peter stop trusting DD to make baseball decisions, making him a lame duck GM.

And I'm still angry MLB didn't do anything to rectify that garbage situation. I'm also pissed Angelos didn't do a better job of getting rid of Dan after that hot garbage. This is the biggest reason I believe the Orioles are not 2015 WS Champions. I'll never forgive them for that debacle after the lights went out in 2014.

  10. I'm still trying to understand why this is even a thing? MLB and the Washington Nationals signed a contract. Don't understand why this case isn't cut and dry. The law is definitely an interesting thing!

  11. Ah yes, I remember yesteryear when it was a thread of should we trade Bundy and people clamoring about saving for the future. The future looks pretty, pretty bright right about now.

Now to be fair, he has been hurt. But if we had a decent offer for him after the 2014 season and being 4 games away from the World Series, I'd be hot. This is one of the reason I'm not a fan of holding folks just based on what they could be. Especially if we're locked in as a good team. (Which we were at the time) Now Bundy just looks like another guy ready to give up 20 runs a game.

    Hope he rebounds though!
