Had a hunch there might be a ransom note generator out there (there were plenty) so I quickly used some uk website (strix.org.uk/ransom) that had a text editor creator for the cut out letters. Found a pic online of orioles stationary and was able to link to that image as the background on that uk site. Then a little "Pixl Editor" via the chrome browser to do some aesthetic stuff.</p></p></p>
