    Crockpot on low for the ribs, 425 in the oven for the spud (55 minutes). I like a nice dry, salty skin on the potatoes so I go in hard and hot.

    Oh, mine looked like crap. Zero points for plating. Well the potato looked nice, I hit them with olive oil and rub kosher salt on them before I put them in the oven.

    I had slow cooker beef ribs with mushrooms and garlic with a baked potato on the side. I don't see beef ribs in the grocery down here all that often so had to pull the trigger.

    Right now I don't risk giving him the QO. I don't see teams giving up a pick to sign him to a deal that beats 1/20.

    Yea, he can just man up for the cash. Should be easy to fool everyone for six months, for the cash.
