Did I read somewhere that the Os starting pitcher picks the unis? Burnes has been in the black city connect quite a bit IIRC.

This feels like a pitcher who flummoxes Mounty, would have preferred ROH at 1B and Kjerstad at DH.

Agree in preference for Helsley. Would cost more tho but much better and cleaner back end option. Kopech strikes me as bit of high strung head case (which may be perfect for BP but we got like one month of data as reliever on him). -

Gotta keep crushing here in May, because mid June to A-S break the opponents are (in consecutive order) ATL, PHI, @NYY, @HOU, CLE, TEX, @SEA, @OAK, CHC, NYY. That’s quite the gauntlet. -
Could go with six man rotation while keeping Burnes on standard 5 day routine. The schedule starts getting dense with fewer days off becoming perhaps more conducive to six man rotation. From 5/10 through 7/14 (all star break), the Os have just 3 off days on 5/16, 5/30, 7/1.
