It was apparent to everybody that the pitching was the weakness on this team,and Gibson,Irvin and Flaherty have not provided the lift needed to carry us through,though I do like what Gibson provides in the way of leadership. It is glaringly obvious what the need is this off season. Same as last off season. No more half measures.
