the FO must do a 5 - 6 player trade to get Ohtani. Once he gets to Baltimore and experiences the charm of the Inner Harbor and Fells Point he will fall in love and stay forever. I can see him eating at Phillips and ESPN and renting paddle boats to check out the harbor. Strolling along Federal Hill and even Ice Skating at Charles Center. It would be a huge win for him.
