I have 6 or 7 of his records.

The Fall - Dragnet
I still think this record is fairly meh as far as their pre-84 stuff goes.
-
The remastered version of The Stooges.
-
I snagged those Swervedriver reissues recently and have spent the past hour or so rocking out.
-
I just picked up the following:
Sri Aurobindo - Sri Aurobindo local psychedelic garage rock
Nathaniel W. O'Donnell - War/Emerge From Night decent electronic stuff released by local label Lost Ghosts Record
KTV - IV Stephen O'Malley and Peter Rehberg drone-sludging it up
-
Skullflowers's IIIrd Gatekeeper
Stoner rhythm section with free jazz or noise guitar.
It's awesome.
-
Melvins - Ozma/Gluey Porch Treatments
-
Iron Maiden - Killers
-
Phil Manzanera - Diamond Head
Some of it is kinda good, but the not kinda good stuff is pretty awful.
-
Ornette Coleman - The Complete Science Fiction Sessions

From what I've seen online, one dude joined Gong and the other 3 started Egg.I own and oddly love that record!!!! You, me, and my bassist (who turned me onto it) may be the only people who know who they were. I paid him back by playing him The United States of America. Who got the better deal? And didn't they morph into Khan?

Arzachel - Arzachel
Weird psychedelic prog band who released one record under a name that wasn't even the name of the band when they existed. Due to contract issues, this was the only to get it released and the insert has fake names and bios for the band members.
You may have heard this track on Adult Swim.

The Rolling Stones - Let It Bleed

Yeti is a good one.The Germans are so much better at this sort of thing than we are.Speaking of which: Amon Düül II's Yeti, on repeat.
Right now I'm about to fall asleep to John Fahey's America.

My Ceiling Fan - Every 1.2 Seconds
This is the jam. So hypnotic.

I think the first two Catherine Wheels albums would probably get lumped into that category.Joan as Policewoman and Catherine Wheel's Chrome, over and over. I wish I enjoyed another shoegaze band half as much as them. And do they truly qualify? Judges?I've been listening to the first Adem record again, Homesongs.
