Yeah very rare but we were involved in one recently so we know they can get creative. AL Central is no good.

This is what I am been saying all off-season. I think there is so much more at play than we know which is potentially impacting our abiltiy to acquire talent via free agency and or trades. My expectations continue to remain low till Elias makes a move or two. Prove me wrong Elias!

Agree 100%. I was just bringing them up based on what was shared previously. I personally do not want Cease unless the price drops. I would rather go after arms in Seattle or Marlins system.

Agree but they seem to really want pitching based on what they wanted from the Reds. I just don't think we match up well with them unless a third team comes in to play.

This is good news! We need to improve our drafting and development of pitchers in the minors. Seems like all teams want pitching back in any trades and we have little at the moment.

I can't see us a good match for White Sox. We do not have the pitching prospects the White Sox would want back for Cease. Would need to include a third team. I think someone mention Mariners as a good fit.

There is plenty of time to make a move. I can't imagine the White Sox, Marlins or any other team with extra pitching are in any rush to make a trade with some many players still unsigned. Orioles should holdout as long as possible for the best deal for them. Just my two cents.
