  1. I would rather have had Holliday hit great but this could work out. We gain the extra year. Reasonable people can’t suggest we manipulated his service time. He can still be back up well before the 2nd half if they think he’s ready for another go at it.
  2. They won’t be able to get Kjerstad AB’s as it is. Stowers makes no sense whatsoever.
  3. Won’t surprise me but Urias, according to Fangraphs was much better at 2B than 3B last year. He was actually better at 2B than Westburg according to DRS and OAA.
  4. Bemorewins wants 5 #1 starters 8 closers and an all-star at every position. Hey, sounds good.
  5. Maybe but I would play Westburg exclusively at 3B.
  6. I’m assuming Mateo against LHP and Urias against RHP. Should be more competitive AB than we’ve been getting from our 2B.
  7. I bet he stays and Kjerstad goes.
  8. McKenna up. Sounds like either Mateo gets the 2B job or is the short side of the platoon with Urias. Who starts against Stripling (I guess Urias) should give us the answer.
  9. I think we have the answer.
  10. 10. Adley Rutschman 17. Corbin Burnes 27. Gunnar Henderson 65. Grayson Rodriguez
  11. Gunnar’s base running is in the 99th percentile. That mess is in the 98th percentile.
  12. Great base runner but picked off by Salvi Perez at 3B in KC, less than two outs. Muy mal.
  13. Not for Samuel Basallo but it seems most hitters take off after being promopted from Aberdeen to Bowie. Of course, Bradfields hitting profile is a bit different than our previous prospects.
  14. DirtyBird was formerly a talent evaluator for the Washington Generals.
  15. People had unrealistic expectations and now they’re disappointed over his first 54 PA. If he hits .300 those same people will be penciling him into CF OD 2025. Cowser and Norby pretty much sucked their first month or two at Aberdeen.
