Holliday was a number 1 pick at SS. Why do you think he will be average at 2nd?

I have only has a chance to watch the 62 video. A losing season unfortunately. I enjoyed the beginning showing spring training for the minor leaguers and majors. A car with an Orioles logo drops off players in Georgia where the minor leaguers are. Earl Weaver is there. A sliding pit was used. Pretty cool stuff if you like the history of the team. Also a 1961 Orioles video about Paul Richards.

The interleague games tend to screw stuff up. Rare two game series. Also play WAS in another 2 game at home. Play your “rival team” 4 times. 99% of all off days are on Mon-Thur. Just a quirk this week.

Plus you can always use DH to play some guys even with Adley hitting there a good bit. Another reason I like Mayo in the OF is the rest of guys are LHH minus Hays who may not here past this year. Infield defense of Westburg- Gunnar-Holliday would be very good. I do think the next area of some concern is CF. I think Cowser could handle it but would be better served in LF. Perhaps Elias when the time is needed finds a glove first CF fo complement the roster.

I can’t see moving Westburg off of infield. His glove is to good. Play Mayo in RF.

At end of day other than Holliday I don’t see much changing this year unless injuries. Except Mayo. I think he has a good chance to be a RH DH later on and in playoffs.

Keep in mind with Ramirez he is out of options. Any team that claims him has to put him on their 26 man roster.

To be honest I’m not sure of the mechanics of it all. Player can’t show up until after the 7 days have passed. I think the only time you hear something before 7 days is if player is traded.
