  1. So much for the Tide being one of the greatest teams ever.
  2. I think your are underplaying Kramer’s ability to hold his velocity and his velocity in general. However, Povich is left handed and there are lots of very successful lefties that don’t have the avg velocity of Kremer. I definitely am excited by Povich.
  3. Kremer can hit 97 when he wants it.
  4. I know Gunnar has killed it lately against lefties, but him hitting lefties still has to remain a bit of a concern. That said, he might be my favorite Oriole to watch ever given his combo of talent and grit. And I have been watching since the 70s.
  5. Gunnar’s acceleration is noticeably better this year. Top speed seems the same, but last year he took a bit more to get going.
  6. As bad as Baumann is Ramirez threw a pitch that was so short of the plate that when Brown asked McDonald if he had ever done anything like that said he couldn’t remember ever doing so.
  7. I am assuming you just think his stuff will never be harnessed or that the Orioles can't take the chance that they might not be able to?
  8. Baumann should be gone. I am slightly intrigued by Ramirez.
  9. It's more just an intellectual curiosity. I have tried but I can't seem to be able to specifically find on the Savant site those plays that negatively and possibly affected the OOA. For example, even after last night's play his OOA is still 0. Maybe there is just a delay, but if not it sure seems odd given the play he made.
  10. Looks maybe concussion related.
  11. I am not worried. It just doesn’t remotely meet the eye test. He has been great in the field . I can think of at least 3 outstanding plays he has made and not any that I thought he should have gotten but didn’t. Meanwhile Holliday is 3 OAA and I can’t think of an outstanding play and can think of a number I thought he should have made.
  12. Could follow in Cal’s footsteps.
  13. His defensive stats on baseball reference seem off. He is -.1 dWar.
  14. Seems like they are using beyond a reasonable doubt at this point.
  15. Can someone tell me where I can find the statcast for the Gunnar play?
