  1. Man, with Mullins and Santander so hot, I can see why they could not find PAs for Stowers.
  2. Ben is on that analysis. Mullins is definitely pulling off the ball.
  3. Thanks God we have McKenna on this team to K and drop fly balls. lol
  4. Actually the umpire has been pretty good tonight. That last call literally touched the strike zone and the other split was just off.
  5. BTW, if we are going to force fed these damn Draft King commercials, can they at least maybe make 10 different ones and rotate them? Not going to lie, even if I did bet, I'd use any app besides Draft King due to their dumb commericials.
  6. I just hope they keep the colors. There needs to be a Kelly Green and gold team in the league.
  7. That's a long way off. He's going to get a long leash. He'll be fine.
  8. Well the other pattern was he was bad last April too.
  9. Say what you want about the A's, those uniforms are glorious. I wish the Orioles were wearing their bright orange Friday night jerseys. That would be a colorful game!
  10. I feel like that should tell the Orioles something. Maybe he's not a good inherited runner guy. Some guys just pitch better with clean innings.
  11. Just in case you didn't believe the 6-foot-5 catcher - first baseman could do a full split. I give you this stretch for an out tonight:
  12. Trust me, I like the data too. I just don't understand some of the decisions they are making based off them.
  13. Bad night for our prospects.. Sure would be nice if one of them were off to a good start. I'll be honest, I expected some struggles at first for Henderson, but he's really had a lot more miss so far than I expected.
  14. Remember, the Orioles analytics department decided that Aguilar should be acquired and played last September and played Odor pretty much everyday. It also does not use minor league split numbers for assessments as it decided Stowers had no chance against them. I'd like to think the more information the better, but I've seen the decisions they've made based off it.
  15. Apparently, Mountcastle had his nose on the ball and was able to sink down and get barrel to the ball. McDonald is quickly getting onto Bordick territory with the reuse of terms. Now if he calls RBIs "steaks" I'm done with him.
  16. Hell yeah, Mountcastle may have found out how to get lucky. Just hit it over the fence!
  17. The good news is this is the A's pitching staff. Games not over yet!
