    Gunnar looks like he's lost the ability hit an offspeed pitch. He basically has to hope they don't think it for strikes. He also has a hard time laying off them under his hands.

    He literally just missed hitting a two-run homer by about 5 feet. Can't be too hard on him.

    This game has all the makings of a real bad loss. Poor starting pitching... Poor hitting after putting up 7 in 3 innings.... Sketchy relief pitching I don't see this ending well.

    They need someone that can provide some length. I'd consider Watkins or Zimmermann.

    2-2 hanger... lol This team gives up more hits on two strikes than anyone else. Just poor execution.

    Imagine knowing you had a good young offensive talent and just needed to upgrade your pitching and you come out of the offseason with Gibson, Irvin and a hurt Givens and was like, "Good enough."

    My thought on Voth is he takes while to warm up. How long was Voth up before coming into the game?
