Not saying he did anything wrong, just that I think he got caught up a bit looking home for a second. With the K afterwards it didn't matter, but had he gone to 2nd base immediatly he thinks he gets him. Then again, Mountcastle's arm is not a strength.

Despite allowing both inherited runners to score, that wasn't a bad job by Akin. One bad pitch to Yoshida that Frazier had a chance at but couldn't make the play.

Not that we will see a reply but MASN is more worried about showing a "quick commerical" instead, but looks like Mountcastle got caught between thinking of going home and second, then took the easy out.
