They were both exciting games. One went our way, one didn't. Definitely some questionable managerial decisions in both though.

I've been on Hyde's side since he got here, but I will admit there are some things I'm starting to see that concern me. He really seems to have a poor feel for pinch hitting, his lineup decisions can sometimes be a bit head scratching, and his bullpen management can be questionable.

He was pushed by his manager for some unknown reason. He did his job and should have been on the bench cheering on Valdez's save. Hyde jacked this up.

Huh? He allowed his first earned run of the year in his last outing which was on Saturday.

Hyde has some 'splaining to do.

I hope so because he was visibly pressing.

I like Palmer overall because of who he is and what he presents, but it seems like he's slipping a bit. While McDonald has been a little too "orange colored" glasses at times, he works well with Brown, who is the best play by play guy in TV or radio.

This is actually my favorite duo as well.

Just ridiculous. The man hits a two-run homer and because Ruiz bats left-handed, he pinch hits for him when there is an automatic out on deck in Galvis. I'm losing more and more faith in Hyde's game management skills.

Kremer has been a huge disappointment. He's pitched like garbage all spring and it hasn't stopped. He was lucky he won a spot in the rotation this spring and his command has been garbage.

He's had a rough start to this season. He was tied for the second least valuable player in MLB at -0.5 rWAR coming into today.

Yep, especially with Automatic out Galvis on deck. Hyde is infatuated with lefty-righty matchup even if his left-handed hitter sucks.

We call this, "Let's see if this is the second game of the day that Freddie Galvis can do nothing to help the team game" Not sure why Hyde PH for Urias with automatic out Galvis on deck. I get the left-righty thing, but I also get one of those guys couldn't hit water falling out of a boat.
