<p><p><p>I missed them in their prime. I discovered them in the mid-80's. And STILL Bon over whats-his-name! But in High School (Class of '80 RULES!!!) I was listening to... I was pretty broad by the time I graduated. RIGHT then I was into Ted Nugent and Rush. Before then... I went thru my Beatles phase, Elton John, Ted Nugent, Huck Finn and Tom Sawyer, LOTR, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Johnny Hartford, Todd Rundgren, plus all that was on the radio and hearing the precursors of Kix in their own garage and at "Splash Hops" at the local pool.</p></p></p>

<p><p><p>OMG! I saw them/him twice! The one time the concert began in darkness. This was from the floor of the Cap Center... Darkness. Opening lick to Thunderstruck, which I can play with ease thankyouverymuch... Lights come up slowly to show some small dude in weird shorts playing. "Idiot Savant" is such a perfect description! He rolls/twists around on the floor, the man-lift at the back of the auditorium, and just plays the best rock licks ever played. NEVER misses a beat, never misses tearing off a terrible jam! </p></p></p>
