Watching that Davis at bat... I don't think he's capable of a major league swing anymore. The start-up for his swing takes too long to have a chance of working. At this point, it's on the O's. He should not be playing Major League Baseball.

Everything that's happened this inning against Cobb was affected by the 2 base error on Davis to start the inning. I mean... Davis barely moved his feet. Granted, the ball was hit hard, but it wasn't hit so hard that Davis couldn't have moved his feet and made it much easier to get the damn ball. That's either frikkin laziness, or he's lost another step this year. Dammit, why in the frik does he still play???? There's no amount of money that makes it right to play him.

To me, that's a bad reason. I can see doing that with a can't-miss prospect - maybe. It's certainly not fair to the players, and I doubt it usually helps the teams.

I don't understand why anyone over 23 years old that's in our top 10 prospects is not on the O's MLB active roster. Actually, since Lowther's 11th - make that the top 11 prospects.

The O's used no pitchers yesterday. The Philly's strike me (they should stop doing that) as a very talented team. Therefore, I'm expecting the O's to sweep them.
