I went with Hall, health be damned.  His stuff is incredible when he is on the bump.  If he can mature physically, and stay healthy, he may be our best pitcher.  I’ll go with the pure talent here.

This is why I voted Hall. His floor is Britton, right? ?

Yea I thought he was the best WR in the draft.

BTW, a positive today was Bateman.  Not going to be surprised if he is WR2 out of this draft class.

Agreed..Bateman was impressive. The rest of the game was sad.

    • Trey Mancini – $7.9MM (Yes)
    • Pedro Severino – $3.1MM (No)
    • Pat Valaika – $1.3MM (No)
    • Anthony Santander – $3.7MM (Yes)

    • Paul Fry – $1.1MM (?, probably)

    Year end wrap up.

    9-2 3.51 FIP, 141 ERA+

46 HR, 100 RBI (batting leadoff), 8 triples (led league), 26 SB.

Probably a career year for him but what a year.

    Amazing to watch.

IMO, they really need to trade him to a contender. Dodgers are an obvious choice..

  3. Interesting to see DD & Proche get targeted so much with Bateman/Boykin coming back.

Glad they tied Pitt's record, but the running game is a concern.

It's fun to watch Oweh the chase the QB, but our LB's....

Im pretty sure he played ILB with NE.

Of course, that also brings up another issue…Collins has never been that good outside of BB’s defense.

And yea, Harrison has gone from a mid 50s PFF grade to around 30 this year.

In fact, both Harrison and Queen have a PFF grade under 38 right now.  Worst MILB group in football right now.

Very concerning considering their draft position and capital. We really need them to turn it around.

  5. I'm still surprised we won...I share a lot of the same thoughts mentioned. They found a way to contain Hill on Offense & Jones on the D-Line.

Did KC's run defense take a huge step back or was our game plan that good? Maybe both..

I thought the play calling was great last night, besides the gutsy 4th down call. They really seem to play to the team strengths on every play. I'd also like to see Duvernay get more touches. I think he can be special.

Oweh is a play maker...the timely sack last week and now this game. Wow..he might be our second best Defensive player by mid-season (behind Humphrey).

  6. This has absolutely been a successful season for Hays. I doubt less that 50% of fans thought he'd have 450+ AB's, let alone 20+ HR's with solid defense. Starting next year at 26, we possibly have 2-4 years of solid or increased production. I'm looking forward to it.
