    The officiating was fine, although we caught a break at the end of regulation with the shot clock expiring on the inbounds pass, but it would have been a miracle had Clemson scored. As for Clemson, there is no excuse for them not winning this game. Carolina wasn't able to get a stop all night until there were 2 minutes left. We then turned them over 4 straight possesions. We wore them down in double OT, but Ill freely admit that Clemson should have won this game.

    GREAT comeback tonight, down 79-68 with 2:58 to go. What an effort by the guys late in the game, wow. Major kudos to Q, who bounced back after a terrible first half. Big win without Lawson against a tough Clemson team. 53-0 now all time in Chapel Hill against them.

    Definitely way too much at stake long term. We have a chance to win a championship and wouldn't want to risk something more serious. However, Duke most likely will be the main rival for a #1 seed in the East. Considering we'll be at Cameron in a month it would tought to justify giving Carolina a #1 seed if we lose to Duke twice.

    I'll take my chances with both teams at full strength. Looks like Coach Roy expects Lawson to miss a few games. No trash talking for me this week.

    Agree, you'd have to give the edge to Duke if he can't go. Damn shame.

    Root for the Heels man. I'm telling you it's good for the soul. For what it's worth I root for Maryland all but 2 times a year. Actually this year it was only once, and we all saw how that turned out.

    There will be no winning where you are concerned my friend. Yeah, A high ankle sprain is never good news. We'll see. I would have to give Duke a huge edge if he can't go.

    Man, too stressful of a game for the Heels today. Quentin Thomas did a really nice job in place of Lawson, but boy did we miss Bobby Frasor today. Hopefully Lawson will be able to go against Duke. Even you have to want to see both teams at full strength.

    What a break for your boys if Lawson can't go Wednesday. I would hope that Lawson will be smart about it and not rush back just to face Duke. Gotta be ready for March.

    BIG TROUBLE now..Lawson's injury does not look good. Sprained ankle, probably out for the rest of this game. Just hope he's ok for Duke, or we're in trouble.
