That xBA is silly. The play Mullins made was a .560 xBA, so if Palacios hit that same ball 100 times he would probably have a batting average of .010 and an xBA of .560.

Was it a great play, though? What percentage of CF make that catch over 100 times? 99.9%?

He's done that on routine plays as well, in fact, he seems to do it more when he has more time.

If you can't make the throw put it in your pocket. How many errors does he have? How many are throwing errors? He broke a guys face last year.

Who do you replace him with? Cowser has a .580 OPS in May and .330 so far in June. All the bad luck talk is just that, there have been no results for over a month now.
