Baumann is atrocious. Can’t stand watching him.
I’ll never forget the first time I saw him in Norfolk. I was blown away by his warm up. Absolutely blowing up the catchers mitt. Then proceeded to give up 6 runs in first inning. Lotta walks and a lot of balls absolutely crushed. No one fooled. Nothing has changed.

I don’t have, havnt had, and will never have any confidence in Baumann.

Thought he (Gunnar) hit it harder. Only 98EV. Sano with a 112 last inning

Gunnar muy fuerte

That ball was pumped.
He has a beautiful swing.

Automated strike zone probably plays a significant part of it.
It’s not new.

Good news is they can’t tie it until at least the next batter

Automated strike zone and MLB injuries forcing guys to the majors therby lowering the pitcher talent level?
They had auto strike zone last year.

The cutter screwball combo can’t feel good on the bow.

Westburg is so darn impressive.

Don’t know if it was mentioned, but the O’s have moved passed the 1922-1924 Yankees who had 83 consecutive series without a sweep. We are now at 85. 20 to go to tie the second place 1903-05 NY Giants.

I would rather add one very good to great reliever than multiple mediocre relievers. As we learned last year, adding mediocre relievers is often no improvement at all and can make the team worse. I would want at least 3 years of control. I know a lot of posters will say this is a serious overpay, but Kjerstad is quite limited defensively and it seems he will never be an adequate LF at Camden Yards. He also seems unable at present to play a MLB 1B. Feel free to add insight on whether this will change. So we are basically looking at a RF/DH. He's an O'Hearn replacement who can't handle 1B. Ouch. I think the bat would be great, but where do you play him if Mayo ends up at 1B and Adley needs DH at bats?
Who replaces Santander next year?

Peace out, bruh

I’m still scared from 2014. This could help with the trauma. Last 4 games have brought back miserable memories.

Eve’s lineup suggestion playing tonight.

How many rookies out there watch the first 6 innings?

Good article on CBS Sportsline website about him and his approach at the plate.
I agree, it does sum it up pretty nicely. I'm still not worried. It's been one week.....

The Orioles have walked the fewest batters so far in 2024. In a world of HRs and 3 outcomes, eliminating the Base on Balls is a viable strategy that we are seeing play out. It started in 2022 (443 BB 2.8 BB9 and continued in 2023 (473BB 2.9 BB9) both years finishing 7th in MLB. We now sit at #1 on the season. If you are going to pitch for this team, you better not give out free passes.
