What an absurd foul call to take an elite player out of the game. I’m more convinced than ever that Big Ten refs are being told to put as many teams in the tournament as possible. A win over Maryland probably gets Minnesota a tourney spot for now.

Yeah Duke, Kentucky, UNC, etc. could all say something similar. Just thinking about what could have been. Huerter and Fernando definitely made the right decisions though.

Imagine if Fernando, Huerter and Justin Jackson were on this team.

Why does it seem like our opponents always shoot lights out from 3 to start the game?

So Duke gets obliterated by mediocre NC State and drops 1 spot in the AP Poll. We lose a close game on the road to the #12 team in Kenpom, and drop 2 spots in the AP Poll.

Frustrating because we probably would have moved up to #4 in the country tomorrow. At least we’ll probably stand pat with so many other top teams losing.

Makes me wonder about his NBA future. Is he going to be able to compete with guys who have 50+ lbs on him? He’s an ok 3 point shooter but nothing special.

This has been one of the worst refereed games I’ve seen this year as far as ticky tack fouls. Let them play! Such an irritating game to watch.

They won’t hit that many 3s in the second half (hopefully) and we should be fresher down the stretch than them.

Orioles baseball is back, Fury beat Wilder, Ped State lost, Caps beat the Penguins. A Terps win will make this a perfect sports weekend.

Just realized Gonzaga also lost (and obviously Baylor, but I don’t think they’re close to falling off the 1 line). A win at Ohio State should definitely push us up to a 1 seed for now.

4:00 on CBS. After San Diego State and Duke lost this week, could a win put Maryland in position for a 1 seed?
