Without Judge (mostly) and Soto (a little less), the Yankees would be putrid. And that would even be with a healthy Cole. Edited to add Stanton. He is still dangerous if you make a mistake to him.

For both of the catches you listed above, they needed to cover an identical 95 feet, but a difference of .2 seconds changed the probability from 15% to 40%. I was watching both of those plays as they happened and I was sure Julio was going to run down his ball (15%), and just as sure Colton wasn't going to get to his (40%). I was pleasantly surprised by both.

Seattle fans think everything is a HR. Think I remember that from last year also.

To me, Kremer is the kind of pitcher Smoltz was talking about. A throwback to being able to get guys out without having the most dominant stuff. I love watching him pitch.
