So, we can cut Chris Davis now?
No. Everyone needs that old ball and chain.

It's right by the airport. Pretty much nothing around it. Not in the city at all. I always felt safe going there with my wife.
The only one I knew about is Derby Lane right on/off Gandy Blvd (rt 92) in St. Pete.

I once almost got into it with a co-worker. I was very upset and ready to throw punches. Typical bully, this person was.
A few weeks later, our company threw her a retirement party. A part of me was sad that she had to work until 80. Cute great-grandchildren though.
No punches needed.

I got rid of cable a few years ago. Put antenna in the attic and connect to where I need it in different rooms. I installed cables all over when I remodeled the house so I have the local channels. Antennas are not what they used to be like those rabbit ears. I also have Amazon Prime and they have pretty much shows and movies that I have an interest in. If there is a movie or something else that i would need to pay for, I go the torrent route. I still need the internet connection and that is $70. Last year for college football, some of the games were on BSPN so I would sign up for free trials like Sling and Youboobtv. Then, thanks to someone on this forum, I found a site that streams the games I was interested in, along with the O's, of course.

Titanium bats and a MUCH heavier base for the machine. Cast iron or steel plates welded into a box. That's the ticket.
Is it a 1st round pick?

Is Troy Aikman's new term "under duress"? Must have said it 5 times about Kirk Cousins and that's just the first half.

Pitchers gives up gopher ball. Commentators says, "He wishes he had that pitch back."
Football receiver drops a ball. Commentator says, "Receiver heard foot steps."

I can’t say I’m worried about it. But, I do think I’ll need to have some activities, in addition to posting on OH 12 hours a day.
It keeps the brain sharp.

If you are a reporter and almost come to blows with other reporters, it probably says a ton more about you than anything else. Trust me when I say the reporter world is not exactly filled with A-type ultra competitive athletes.
Or reporters who think they know more about foreign policy or how to run a government?
Or reporters 'reporting' the news according to what is being said on Twatter?

I went to bed when Edelman dropped the pass. I figured the game was over cause the Patsies had the ball for the final drive (as always) to win. Patsies shouldn't even had won the SB last year if the refs had allowed the Saints to win their game against the Rams with that interference call, and the Saints would have blown out the Patsies in prime time. Of course Edelman shouldn't even had played in that game if the NFL had a real punishment for using PEDs and suspended players at the end of the season instead of the beginning.
Derrick Henry only had 34 carries? Jeez, it seemed like 50. And to think Tenn was going to cut him 1/2 way thru last season. Nick Saban must be very proud.

Speaking of hick towns... Saw an ugly truck drive by, baby blue. Made me think of this. Because a mind is a terrible thing.
Maybe it was Jerry Jeff.
Yea, I used to look forward to Saturdays
When me and my grandpa'd get way
We'd hop in his pickup truck and we'd go to town
We had a couple chores that we had to do
It didn't take long before we were through
Then we'd let the pickup truck just wander aroundWe'd make a run to the county dump
We'd always wave we saw someone
Grandpa make up a song as we rolled along
To the post office without fail
We get some feed and we'd check out the mail
And we never took the same road twice on the way back home.I spent a few years out runnin' free
I spent two or three in New York City
And I moved back to Texas tired, hell I'd had enough
I'd go to Luckenbach on Saturdays
Cause Hondo had a way to brighten up my day
He always made me laugh when we rode in his pickup truck
We'd make a run to the county dump
We'd always wave when we saw someone
Hondo'd make up a tale as we rolled along
To the post office without fail
He'd get some chew and we'd check out the mail
And we never took the same road twice on the way back homeWell I miss grandpa and Hondo too
I really miss the things that used to do
So last week I went out and bought me an old pickup truck
Now me and the kids spend Saturdays
We do fun things in a simple way
We love to start the day with a ride in the pickup truck
We make a run to the county dump
We always wave if we see someone
The kids love to make up a song as we roll along
To the post office without fail
We get some stamps and we check out the mail
And we never take the same road twice on the way back home
Half the fun's gettin' lost on the way back home -

Hazing has more to do with overal culture in sport and the mindset of those engaging in acts of hazing than it does the victim.
Your argument is like saying, "I can't see a big imposing kid being bullied" yet it happens all the time, or "I can't see someone with martial arts skills getting mugged." That happens too.
Life just isn't as simple as your argument wants to make it. "Amidst a long standing culture of hazing in sports, a group of older veterans hazed him as a sophomore so he must not have any leadership skills." That is essentially what you're saying.
Hazing might not be that bad, but the fact holds true: under the wrong (or right) circumstances almost anybody could be hazed, and i'm sure many players in pro sports have been. It doesn't make them poor leaders or invalidate them in any other way.

Let the Gints have McCarthy. I don't think they have any prima donnas like he had with the Packers.

I thought he only did game shows.

We've all driven through one. Or maybe grew up in one.

Ohio State sputtered in the red zone. Clemson was 'supposed' to win that game (plenty of calls went their way). 1st bs penalty against LSU will determine the outcome.

They have concerts associated with this with multiple big acts.
For example acts like Taylor Swift, Dave Mathews Band, Mariah Carey, Taylor Swift, Maroon 5, No Doubt, Cee Lo Green, Pharell Williams, Soundgarden etc have performed at these events.
They have events where you can meet Hall of Fame Players.
There is also the celebration of winning the Super Bowl at the stadium.
You mentioned the brainiac Taylor Swift twice.

Cain? He’d be way down my list. Off the top of my head I’d replace him with McCutchen, but there may be others to consider.
I don't know. Ya think he enjoyed playing?

I binged on The Expanse. Just started season 4. It's a spacey thing with cool effects. Like most series nowadays, seems as if all of the actors went to the William Shatner School of Overacting.
Applause for Captain Kirk!
