I always found it peculiar that organizations will always say 'health and safety' first. And yet, they sell alcohol and hot dogs and other garbage. Alcohol must be so safe that they will just keep selling it and if you drive, tough luck to you and the people you might kill on the way home. Not to mention the damage that is being done to your liver. And hot dogs? Only God knows what's in those things. May as well just eat the leftover garbage in the can.

Yes, but it's okay to have poop, pee, vomit, and used syringes just laying around. And the homeless sleeping in doorways with their dogs.

If I worked for a huge evil corporation, can I self-quarantine for a few weeks and still get paid? Would it be taken off my sick leave?

What is he supposed to do? He delegates authority. They come to him to offer advice. It's hard to do anything if the underlings aren't doing anything. Besides that, no matter what he says or does, the media will always say he's not doing anything. ---I think we are handling it more like Iran than South Korea--- Do we have hospitals with body bags lined up of the virus dead? Or, are American doctors dancing? I haven't seen anything about us not licking door knobs at shrines.

If games are cancelled or played with no crowds, that is revenue not coming in. Can MLB afford that? I'm sure the sponsors wouldn't be too happy. btw . I hit the millennium with 1000 posts. Look out world, I am now a PLUS member.
