    I had slow cooker beef ribs with mushrooms and garlic with a baked potato on the side. I don't see beef ribs in the grocery down here all that often so had to pull the trigger.

    The only time he's hit .265 was in 2017 over 30 at bats. He's hit 30 homeruns once. He's never had 100 rbI. I don't think it's very likely he manages to do all three this year.

    Gunnar got a lot of hype (for a baseball player). You don't get to be the top rated prospect without hype. Guys that go 1-1 have a step up when it comes to name recognition. Overall baseball prospects get very little hype. Very few guys get the McDonald, Strasburg, Harper sort of national attention. I'd say Skenes did, but part of it with him is who he is dating.

    It's so easy to miss, even at the top of the draft. Even at 1-1, if you look at the last decade Skenes Holliday Davis Torkelson Rutschman Mize Lewis Moniak Swanson Aiken That's not a ton of stars, as of right now the only one close to Rutschman's success is Swanson.

    I only look at the first 6 (7) years. I don't see what they do 15 years from now has any relevance.
