Probably playing with his legos.
Adley's old school...Lincoln Logs.

They're not, but we've gotta beat these guys.
Oh...I agree. Toronto's offense is...well...offensive.

Hard to argue with any of this.
Well...Berrios and Kikuchi are no slouches.

I think Povich will get another start..but I really feel his walks killed his outing...I've seen worse though...
Toronto is also not a good hitting team. It was a good team for his first start, but he blew it with the walks.

I feel the same. I can't believe we're looking at a split with these dildos.
Yup. Toronto sucks...I mean look at that lineup.

With Kikuchi and his extra-wide plate, this will be a cakewalk for the Jays.

Yup...you don't walk the bottom of the order to pitch to Vlad.

The funk continues for Westy.
He may need a day off. Should have had Urias in the lineup today.

Woof..this is brutal looking and it’s just a very SSS:
I'm guessing that you're saying De Paula's swing is much better than Jones? I didn't realize Jones was a "step in the bucket" hitter.

I know Rutschman just had two days off, but moving forward I’d like to see him not DH as often… getting true off days.
With Urias hitting a little now, it might have been nice to have Norby DH and let Urias play 3B with Westburg on 2B.

Is there anything in the recent history of the Orioles' front office that would make you think anything remotely like this is what's happening? "We just built one of the great farm systems in baseball history and turned a 52-win team in arguably the best team in the league, but we really can't tell a starting pitcher from a dead armadillo."
Nice to see that most of the board is sane. Of course, Heyman's initial misleading headline doesn't help matters.

On one hand I want to say he just doesn’t have anywhere to play, on the other hand…he’s playing because of injuries/ineffectiveness of other players so while he seems buried in the depth chart and we’re barely in June and that depth is being utilized.
I’ve been writing him off as a sure thing to be traded and never putting on an Orioles uniform. I’m reassessing that a little considering he hits right handed and I’m happy that Holliday wasn’t called back up for reasons of positional need rather than he’s actually ready.
I still feel like he's a guy you can get into the lineup a few times per week in some capacity.

That said though, kind of wish an umpire would be so stupid. Maybe that'd speed up the arrival of robot umps.
I dunno why, but when I think about this, I have a picture in my head of Earl Weaver yelling at Rosie, the Jetsons' "maid".

Some people on here saw this guy play somewhat decently during the White Sox series and were like “oMG i WaNT HiM!!1!1”
Now to be fair the guy he had an issue with, William Contreras, also seems like a huge douche.
I think there is a reason Tommy Pham has played with 8 teams in his 11 baseball seasons...

Connor Norby has been let out of minor league jail! Yay!
More like "work release" than "let out". He'll be back to finish his sentence.

I have a buddy who thinks Trout to O's is going to happen; just his hunch, but I like discussing it with him.
The return on Trout is going to be a very interesting conversation about money and prospects. Essentially 6 years would be left on his contract at around 35.5 mil annually. With Trout's contract and injury history, I wonder what Elias could negotiate for a fair return
Love Trout, but I wouldn't touch him with a 10 foot pole unless the LAA paid 75% of his salary and we gave them Vieira as the trade bait.
-
I will be happily surprised if Norby gets into any games in the next 7 days.

I can't believe Vieira is still here. It's like trying to hide a Rule 5 pick on the roster. Lopez might not be great but he's a guy you could have thrown yesterday with a 4-run lead.
If they can't put this guy into ANY relatively close game, he needs to go.

Cowser is batting .180 since May and slugging at .275. Do you think that's an upgrade?
Well...you make a good point!

Cowser for Mullins with the way Colton has been hitting. Eek.
Have you seen how Mullins has been hitting???

Too many wasted offensive chances, too.

Cole Irvin has been better than Grayson this season. So, I don’t think Grayson fits into big anything other than big expectations.
Love Cole Irvin as the guy who can move around a pitching staff and I'd be fine with him as the 4th/5th starter. If you can get a guy and bump him into the spot starter/long man role, he will benefit this team more.
