I gladly admit that I was wrong when I thought he'd washout in 3 years. Truly Lamarkable (not sure who was the first to use it, but I like it)

I think this team is to focused for a trap game. The defense is still growing together and has not peaked. The offense is playing with a chip; starting with the leader (LJ).

I think he is a little bit of Hollywood insurance.
Locked on Ravens podcast said the same. Interesting..

I'm not sure it would. What's left of his story to tell? I feel like his life in Alaska would be pretty boring. The last thing he'd want to do is call attention to himself.
Agreed..as much as I enjoyed the show I see no reason for a new series/movie. Want to see if Skylar got the money from Gray Matter? No, not really. Make up with her sister? No...
Switch over to BCS. You won't be disappointed.

Great win.. It was awesome to see the run game have it's way when they knew we were going to run. i don't know the stats, but it seems like they converted a very high % of 3rd down conversions, or at least every time they really needed it. The O-Line was amazing all night and I'd give Brown the last TD. Not to nitpick, but I would have liked to more sacks/pressure on Brady.

Well, he turned down 7/210 from a World Series team. How much premium would this team need to pay?
Wow..I hadn't heard that. That's a lot to turn down.

BA Top 100
in Minors
I know it's splitting hairs at 75 & 88, but I don't understand why Ryan would be #88 when he's younger than most and had a great year in AAA.
5 in the Top 100 is very nice to see..

Thanks for posting. I heard him thanking him in the post game, but didn't know the story. Great stuff..

I think Rendon is going to get a nice bump.

Yes, Wilson is a clutch play maker, but Sea can't cover a TE and we have one of the best in the league. With the way Bal can run the ball and keep the other team off the field, they can stay in any game. Lamar can do what Lamar does and leave defenders looking silly. I'll call an upset and take Bal 27-24.
I had a feeling about this one..

With Andrews, Hollywood, Powers, Brown, etc..I thought we should have a Sooners thread. I live here now and have been to a few games the past 2 years, including the Red River Rivalry last week at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas.
I think they have a defense that can win a National Championship if they play the way they did last week against Texas (9 sacks). They gave up 2 big runs, but completely shutdown the passing game.
For the offense, I'm not a bug Hurts guy, but 500 yards of offense in a so-so performance is special. The WR's (CeeDee & Rambo) catch short passes and make guys miss tackles which help Jalen's numbers. They have 3 solid RB's in addition to hurts and rotate constantly.

Lamar was on Dan Patrick this week and comes across as soft spoken and very humble IMO. He still lives with him Mom. Interview is on the DP podcast (not plugging, just FYI).
I thought he'd wash out in 3 years, but I'm glad it looks like I'm wrong.

Is Mullins still a prospect?

I think a motivated Peters for the price of a reserve LB is a great deal any day. He'll certainly be motivated for a big contract at the end of the season.

Port Covington is one of the biggest HQ and revitalization projects on the East Coast.
If folks have not looked into this project and the impact on the city, you're missing out. Baltimore is on the rebound.

Hopefully the Nats finish this thing off today.
A sweep would go a long way for resting and setting up the rotation for the WS.

No news..JMO that I hope BS gets the Padres (or Phillies) job and wins a WS.

Man Traber is great. I can listen to him all night. He should be on tv more.
He's on the radio daily (PM) here in OKC and the folks love him. They'll also have Kelly Gregg on sometimes.

I picked Trout, but I like Soto for #2.

Unfortunately, I think the Ravens lose another one. Steelers need a win as bad as the Browns last week and they're at home.

Just because you shot Jesse James don't make you Jesse James.

I'm interested to see if Elias shuts him down before he reaches the cutoff. I would hope something like that wouldn't be a concern.
I 100% disagree. Give the team/fans something to follow next year.
